If we keep an eye on it, we should be able to tell when it's getting ready to hatch. The chick will start moving around more, and you'll be able to keep a closer watch on it.

Until then, it's going to need relative peace and quiet, along with warmth. It's not good for it to be moved around all the time. Too much opportunity for something to go wrong.
