Not domestic wyverns, no. Males and females aren't far apart in size--Wren's wyvern, Michalis, isn't much larger than Melady, and they're both typical size--much larger and they wouldn't be practical as mounts in battle, you see.

... They're smaller than a transformed Manakete, incidentally.
