[ Hm. That sure was a brief faltering of his expression. There's suddenly a shift in the air that Morgana might be able to feel - it's something incredibly unpleasant, honestly. A heavy feeling that contains a considerable amount of regret and a little fear - the latter being in how he's worried his emotions will be felt by Morgana?

Yet he's fighting to keep his emotions in check, and forcing that tone to return to how it was. It's almost a remotely believable transition back, if not for the actual emotions themselves. ]

Orrrr... maybe I could stick with something closer to what a stereotypical groom would wear~?

[A cat's face isn't as expressive as a human's; even so, Morgana's ears swivel to the sides in uncertain confusion and displeasure. He wasn't expecting this sudden surge of sinking feelings..... he's honestly not sure how to place it. Is he really just that sensitive to upsetting Akira, no matter how well he seems to be hiding it?

Regardless of his confusion, he backpedals immediately, because it seems obvious that he should.]

A kimono? I never pegged you as a traditionalist.

[Goro isn't broadcasting his emotions like Akira, but there's a definite downward cast to his eyes as he looks over. He doesn't even register that the regret is from an outside source, honestly, it mixes so well with his own guilt.]

Ah...maybe it's...best to just leave the 'why' be, for now. I can...explain later.

Sure, sure.

[More stuff from that month and a half Akira was apparently missing, huh? He should really just..... start assuming something messed up related to that happened, whenever one of those three does something he doesn't understand.

Well, better to just try and forget about it for now, so he doesn't make the boys any more uncomfortable than he already has.]

[ Instead of saying anything, he takes Goro's hand and kisses his cheek. He whispers that he loves him before moving to lie on the bed.

His hand gently gestures for Morgana to come lie on his chest? There are still some chaotic emotions going on inside of him, but... he feels awful for clearly affecting his friend like that. This is the only way he knows to make up for it right here and now. ]

[He's still not entirely sure what's going on, but..... well, okay? Morgana scampers over to join him, a little more subdued.]

[ Sorry, Morgana...

He's just going to curl up with him, but not before gently pressing his forehead against his friend's for a moment as he speaks. ]

Remember everything I told you about that game -- the one that was in the mall, so far? It has to do with that.

Yeah, I remember. I thought that might be it.

[BRB, leaning over to lick Akira's chin.]

Let's not let that ruin planning for your special day, though.

[ The lick definitely gets a smile, albeit a small one. With the smile lingering, he reaches to begin scratching under Morgana's chin. ]

You're right. For now... how about a nap?

I could get behind that.

[Morgana stretches his chin up to enjoy the scratching; it's not hard at all to feel the purring under Akira's fingers.]

[ There's a soft chuckle as he scratches the chin a little longer. After moving to scratch behind Morgana's ear a couple of seconds, he lets his hand rest against the back of his neck. And, with that, he leans to press a gentle kiss to Morgana's forehead. ]

Sleep well.

[Morgana laughs a little, wrinkling his nose in mock protest at the kiss; it's a little embarrassing..... but he can't say he's not pleased, nonetheless.]

[He turns a circle or two on Akira's chest, before curling up and starting to purr. He'll chase away the nightmares for you, don't worry~]
