Not precisely. The word is only used when the guy enjoys it.

I don't actually know what the drugs were doing. In the video.
A mage had gotten half-eaten by a monster. The jokes write themselves, when you go to school with people with no empathy or morals.
I'll take your word for it. For me it was mostly confusing, coupled with really over-acted drug pushing.
