[Those who have seen Goro since the return from the mansion shouldn't be surprised by the slightly softer features when she appears on screen, though the less observant might not even notice.]
Just in case anyone from a version of Earth hasn't worked out how to convert the date here, it's getting close to Halloween. I wouldn't really know the first thing about organizing a costume party, but I did find a seasonal movie in the media room earlier.
[She holds her device slightly away to show a DVD case.]
If anyone's interested, maybe we could set it up in the theater this weekend and watch it together.

Plus in a place like this, what passes as 'supernatural' in one world might be perfectly ordinary in another...

So, maybe something that's only considered supernatural in one world because it doesn't exist would be considered mundane in another, like the huge number of fantasy humanoids that aren't innately magical, but I think something like a ghost or a dragon would always have to work on slightly different rules.

I think that depends on the world, wouldn't you say? Magic I won't argue on, nor ghosts, but...
A wyvern, pegasus, or griffon in my world are by no means out of the ordinary, and I'd hardly call any of them supernatural per se. Wyverns and griffons in particular don't have innate magic to them, for instance. With wyverns, this is what separates them from Manaketes, as one could call Manaketes supernatural with their shape-changing abilities. And that's not even getting into divine dragons...

I've heard about feral ones doing so, but those were all secondhand accounts. It's entirely possible that there's some other explanation for such a thing. And, as far as I'm aware, domesticated ones like Melady don't have the ability...

Well, unless they reach sizes much larger than Melady. Some myths claim dragons reach sizes that simply wouldn't be anatomically feasible without magic built into their physiology.

... They're smaller than a transformed Manakete, incidentally.

...Hopefully less troublesome than the divine power I'm familiar with.

I imagine so... To tell you the truth, I haven't met her, so I couldn't give you an accurate assessment one way or the other. At least I can say she's not the worst type of in-law to have.

Well, she has to be doing something right, if she's still around from the Hero-King Marth's time... Or before then, even. She's distant these days apparently, but I can say she's not actively malevolent.

Mm, before I was brought here, there was an effort to prevent such a thing from happening...
[fuckin Grima. fuckin Grimleal.]

It very well could be. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to one.
