voice, because even when he's being thankful Brain loves hearing himself talk

I suppose that is is overdue. It's time for the most talented, genius, and humble of all Roidmudes to make his general introduction. Some of you know me, but others do not. Allow me to alleviate that!
My name is 003, but I prefer to be known as "Brain". I am what's called a Roidmude, and I am of the same variety of android as Heart, who is one of the few Roidmudes more magnificent than I! He and I were bosom comrades back home, and the fates have seen fit to reunite us! Now that I have a new lease on life, it is my every intention to unearth the mysteries of this place and serve everyone else who has been brought here to the best of my ability!
Whatever pertinent information you might be able to share about this world, our hosts, the most recent fissure to appear, and any past fissures would be most appreciated.
[Filtered to everyone except Heart.]
This goes out to all of the people who played a part in that same horrible death game matter that Heart was involved in. I've heard the details from him, and... I wanted to thank all of you that he has come to count among his friends. It is no doubt because of you that Heart was able to come through all of that the way he did.
Heart is... extremely dear to me, and for a long time, I've struggled with the fact that others are important to him. But without all of you supporting him, he and I would most certainly not have had a chance to be reunited.
So thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. And I hope that one day, I may be worthy of being counted as your comrade as well.

...Either way, it's been my pleasure. Heart's a wonderful friend that I'm fortunate to have, and an comrade of his is someone I look forward to getting to know myself.

Then again, he did say he was a robot. Now, robots can be good or bad, but Rantaro guesses that Roidmudes simply don't understand human norms... No offense. So Rantaro's gonna try and be help, hoping that Brain doesn't turn out to be like that evil robot hat from Fayflower.]
Hey there. I'm still learning the ropes myself, but it turns out you can learn how to do magic here.

To prove that magic isn't real? I'll pass, but you can talk to some people who have been here longer and see how that goes.

But hmph. I may do just that.

I guess we can end this here?

~ The area immediately around the Station, IE the shoreline and beaches. This was the first area where people from other worlds appeared; I was among that group.
~ The forest to the west that leads up to the banks of the lake. This Fissure caused people's dreams to manifest physically. It's mostly stabilized except for a portion of the extremely large willow tree, which is home to a sort of noodle shop run by a native of this world whose magic has to do with dreams. She can't leave the Fissure since that's technically her dream-self, but she posts to this network from time to time.
~ The stretch of reef and ocean immediately beyond the shoreline, generally to the northeast. This is the Fissure that caused people to change into aquatic forms (mermaids and the like) if they became submerged.
~ Incendia, the city we now have access to via the Lodestone Station teleportation panel. This was probably the most severe environmental Fissure effect, as while it was abandoned by day, it burned to the ground each and every night and was restored by some manner of time magic in the morning. We salvaged a great deal from it and there's still more to be found, though I imagine that without the time effect all of the perishable food items have... perished.
~ The Telovia mining site. The magic of this Fissure cost everyone who entered it some form of sense such as touch or hearing. As I was blind, I didn't explore it particularly much.
~ And the most recent, as I'm sure everyone knows, was the manor, which caused virtually everyone to change into the form of some other race or species.
I do hope that's a helpful starting point.

... So it seems they began close to this place, and then spread outward. It almost seems like an intelligence guided people here and are now motivating them to explore outwards.

Then may I ask what it is that makes you decide to investigate a particular fissue?

Past Fissures... Different biomes. Earlier ones had dangerous enemies. A few in later ones, too. But... The effects sometimes work against you. One took our senses.
no subject
Your senses, hm? That's quite terrifying. What other phenomena have you encountered?

[On one hand, not a typical name- on the other hand, his name is Brain, so how much room does he have to argue?]
