Now I feel compelled to be on the lookout for chocolate.

Where I'm from we have a ton of different types. Chocolate most commonly comes in dark, milk, and white varieties, with cocoa solids contributing to the brown coloration.

We even have different kinds for baking, such as unsweetened and semi-sweetened. There's modeling chocolate that's primarily used by cake makers and pâtisseries to add decoration to cakes and pastries.

Most recently, we have Ruby chocolate that they'd been working on since the year 2004. It's made from the Ruby cocoa bean, through a special process. The chocolate's taste is apparently described as "sweet yet sour."
