In which Goro ALSO finds a thing.

[Goro's phone is propped up against something on the greenhouse level, recording him holding a sack the size of a small backpack. The sack has bits of sand stuck to it, but Goro himself is clean...if still looking slightly windswept.]

I hope nobody here is afraid of bees? I found a hive while I was out testing something for Up, and I'm planning on setting it up in the greenhouse so we can at least have a little honey. If anyone here has any idea how to extract it without getting stung, that is...

[He puts the sack down on the floor, opening first, and lifts it up. Somehow, this results in an artificial beehive sitting where he had the bag, despite the former being far larger than the latter. The hive doors are closed, so the bees can't get out...yet.]

If nobody objects, I'll open it up later today.

Thick clothing I believe, yes. I don't think we have any of that here, so it may be best to just leave it for people who aren't vulnerable to physical damage.

[Like him...potentially. But he's never tested that, and with how weird this place is in ways that affect his Composer powers...]

[She manages something like a quizzical look, before shaking her head just a bit.] Different place, magic, right. Almost forgot. Yeah, that seems like a good idea, unless those folks are allergic to bee stings or something.

[She’s pretty sure bee sting allergies are a thing.]

Allergies shouldn't be a concern as long as the stingers can't break their skin...or outer casing, for the androids. I have one ability that causes all attempts to physically injure me to affect the attacker instead, but that doesn't seem ideal for this sort of thing...

Yeah, I'm no expert, but some power that'll hurt the bees seems - kinda counterproductive.

And I would rather not hurt them, even if I wasn't concerned with their population. I'd feel bad about injuring something that cute.

[...Cute? Huh. She's never thought of them that way. Buzzing things you don't want to get near, sure, but cute? It's an odd concept.]

One of the androids may be better suited to it than I am. The bees shouldn't hurt themselves trying to sting something they simply can't penetrate.
