[The video opens on a shot of Jailbreak, standing in the Station's kitchen. For some reason, she's holding a slice of bread in one hand, and is standing by the toaster... which appears to have changed a little, somehow?]
[Overall it looks pretty much the same, but it has an extra slot in the front, and a little square screen on the side.]
So, I might've mentioned before that I can take things and make 'em a little more magical, right? Anyway, long story, but we were having some trouble with cooking and I did a little work on the toaster. Figured it'd be good manners to let everybody know how to work this thing, if we're all gonna be using the same kitchen. Other four slots work just like you're used to, no problem, but this fifth one here's kinda different.
[She drops the bread into the fifth slot and pulls the lever. A metal shutter comes down over the slot's opening, covering the contents from view, and the little screen lights up. In white letter it says 'processing...' and then, after a moment, changes to read 'yeast, flour, sugar, salt, carroway seeds'. The slot opens, and instead of bread out pops a set of five small metal trays.]
[Jail picks up on of the trays so the camera can get a good shot of it, revealing that it contains flour. Presumably, the other four contain the remaining listed ingredients.]
So yeah, it's like a bread maker, but in reverse. We have a bread unmaker now.
[Jail holds up the toaster, revealing that a label has been added by way of putting a piece of sticky tape on the side and scribbling 'bread unmaker' on it in marker. She looks pleased with herself.]
You're welcome.

[Yes. That's her actual first question.]

Yep. Toast, cake, pizza crust... any kinda bread. Can't just be a carbohydrate, though- it does jack shit to cookies or pasta.
[Yes, she checked.]

Does Arianna look like she knows what a carbohydrate isActually she's been living in modern-to-futuristic settings for over a year so she totally does.]My goodness!
...do you suppose it would work on pretzels? I've never been certain whether they are a sort of bread or not.
no subject
[Jail is giving this due consideration.]
'Cause I think the first one, probably not- I tested it on crackers, and that didn't work, and they seem pretty similar. Second one, probably yes.

Could be, could be... I mean, I don't actually know, I do magic and engineering, not baking. Probably oughtta ask a baker. But it sounds plausible.

[Arianna might not understand a lot of science but she understands Science.]

Think we might have hard pretzels here somewhere, but I dunno where you'd get soft ones.
