So it seems that the androids remembered my request from some months ago regarding tattoo equipment, and thus I suddenly find myself in possession of a large amount of such. Considering the mix of people here, I thought I'd put out word for if anyone is interested. I'm not experienced in this in particular, but I have a good amount of artistic skill and a very steady hand.

[Sometime after the message, Izunia can be found out on the deck, watching the sunset as is his usual habit. Unusually, though, he's not drawing or sipping at a warm drink against the chill.

Instead, he's turning a set of metal knuckles over in his hands - those who've seen his Royal Arms before will likely recognize the silver-with-blue-sheen material of the magical weapons, and even if they don't, the wing motif is as consistent as ever. He seems very much lost in thought, expression alternating between fondness and sadness, always a bit wistful.]

I'm not sure why you want to give robots tattoos and I'm worried the answer might feel strange.

Anyone who wants them, really. I like seeing people happy with their bodies, in whatever sense that applies to them.

Very well then. Have you... done this for long? As old as you are I suspect you've done a bit of everything.

I've done art of various forms for a long time. This one in particular, no, but I do have a decent stash of practice materials before I put anything to other peoples' skin, if that concerns you.

I see. It's best to be cautious when approaching a skill you're not one hundred percent familiar with. I of course, am able to acclimate to any task quite quickly.

My natural aptitude is mostly weapons, as such things go. It's the normal route for all the rest, I'm afraid.

I see. And are you comfortable in the role of a warrior or not?

Oh, I'm quite comfortable with it. It's wrapped in most everything I can do on some level. We're warrior-kings, etc and so forth.

I see. I'm surprised you and Heart don't get along better then.

The universe practically customized us to find the other personally obnoxious. Just to give one example, my fighting style is primarily focused on dodging and taking advantage of the openings that result. You can imagine how well that meshes with Heart's preference for trading the most powerful blows possible.

It's just rather strange. You and I get along, but you and him are oil and water. You'd think I'd hate you purely on the matter of Heart disliking you, but you're the easiest person for me to talk to that isn't him.

Well, I'm an ex-politician, I do have a lot of experience in making things go smoothly. I suppose that makes me the oil, no?

[It probably also helps that Izunia is patient with Brain's need to be just a little arrogant.]

And my personality is based on an intelligence official's. I guess we're meant to get along just as you and Heart were predisposed to quarreling.
