[text] Doctor says, are you in?

Hello, everyone! My apologies for not introducing myself sooner. My name is Strange, and I serve as the station's medical officer.

[This, presumably, would explain why they were RATHER BUSY in the aftermath of the Fissure expedition. Cough, cough.]

And on that note, I'd like it if everyone could stop by the medical lab for a moment or two, when you have the chance. I just want to do a check to ensure that no one's suffering any ill effects from the Fissure. There will be nothing invasive or nasty, I promise.

I'd also like to speak to Noctis, if you have time available.

[Feel free to respond to this post, or just drop in on the medical bay with an action tag!]

Go ahead. I haven't noticed anything amiss, but I'm not at all certain I would. It's not the sort of thing I've had any reason to train for back home.

I'd appreciate that.

[She watches the glowy hand scan with interest, although she can't really tell what's going on.]

I should probably get you a basic reference of what my healthy readings are anyway, in case I'm ever incapacitated.

[And now that she thinks of it... it's not something she normally discusses at any great length, but if it becomes an issue, Strange is the one who'd have to deal with the immediate fallout.] If I ever do go into severe shock, there's a nontrivial chance of some... pretty dramatic long-term complications. Beyond what could be expected for most healthy trolls, I mean.

Bioluminescence in the skin and eyes would be the immediately obvious one. The more... practical concern is that I'd develop a nutritional requirement for certain compounds normally only found in troll blood.

I'm currently completely asymptomatic and noninfectious, and I'll stay that way unless I get hit with severely depressed blood pressure and hypothermia at the same time. But it's a possibility.
